Phase Two

This is phase two. I made photocopies of the photos I took and transferred them to grocery bags that I painted white. Then I painted over them with glazes to give them more of a dreamy feel. I need some honest opinions. Would you frame them differently? Would they be something you would buy?

Above all, it is a matter of loving art, not understanding it.

I'd put an entire set of them up in my living room in a heartbeat!

I'd like to see the shadow box part holding the artwork larger and the white around them a little smaller. The whiteness seems to overwhelm the artwork just a little.

I think they're really cool. You should sell your work! Definitely.

They look very cool, and I like the framing. Here's where I'd be concerned.... you'd need to deacidify the grocery bags. Otherwise, they will deteriorate and the acid in the paper will corrupt the color/image over time. I'm having to deal with the same issue in a collage I'm doing. Other than that....I really like them!
