I attended a great art show last night in Riverside called
Sea No Evil. All the proceeds went to benefit the
Sea Shepherd Society, a group that is working on stopping the whaling industry (as well as protecting all other marine life.
Captain Paul Watson was there and gave a very inspirational speech on some of his adventures in the last year trying to stop the Japanese whaling ships.
Some of the artwork featured was by
Shepard Fairey (the photo below is him signing one of his pieces). He also dj'd part of the evening. It was quite a night.
These guys are so gentle, it's like shooting a puppy dog. I don't see how there's any honor in that.
