I have been having a lot of fun baking this winter. I bought a huge package of yeast from King Arthur Flour (what a fantastic site, btw) and have been trying to use it up. I think I need to figure out wheat bread, though. The more I hear about "enriched" flour the more I think I shouldn't be using it.
